  I'm going to start off with the only other time i've been here.It was bad, so this evening, I decided, what the hell it's been a couple of years. Let's try it and it was the same situation i ordered the all american smash burger.I was pretty hungry, so ordered the triple i tell them no lettuce no onions get home there was no lettuce, which is fine, but they made sure I had onions in it. Which I asked no onions, and it was a double, not a triple. This place really does suck. They're never super busy, and I don't know if they have kids working as a staff, but they just do not complete your order the way you tell them to I will not be returning to this one ever again.

  I never thought a visit to Sonic could be such a fulfilling experience. Michael not only took my order, but he listened, he heard me, he understood me, and he was there for me in my time of need. Michael's aura is locked in fr. His customer-servicemaxxing is like no other I have ever witnessed. 10/10. Thank you Michael.

  Worst place ever!!! Grilled cheese looked burned and a bite taken out of it . Cheese sticks so over cooked the cheese wasn’t in any of the breading . A big glob of cheese and empty sticks. Tried to call and complain but phone number was disconnected!!!

  I was so glad to hear that sonic still had half-price drinks During happy hour! I really am making this review due to the best customer service. Thank you to Karoline customer service is key to be being successful person.
