  Michael was the most amazing person! He has the best customer service skills, really cares to help you when it comes to the menu and provides great hospitality, I appreciate how kind you are and I'm coming back because of you!😁🥹💕Thank you for being so genuine, we need more people like that in this world🙏🏻

  Besides the food being good, that was the only upside. The kid behind the counter Gregory was very rude and condescending, first tells me I can’t order pesto on a sandwich nor on the side even though I was willing to pay extra for it. But also didn’t cut the sandwiches after we had requested them to be cut in half. When I brought this to his attention he said they can’t because it was not requested before. When I mention to him it was he state “oh did you say that?” Then when I needed to get napkins he simply said to get them myself as his hands are dirty. I normally have no issue getting my own napkins but at this time I can not really walk due to an injury and the way he said to get them was extremely rude. I don’t know if he is having a bad day or just plain doesn’t like his job. But he has made this first time to this jimmy johns my last time sadly. Hopefully others do not have to share this bad experience with the same kid named Gregory

  Jimmy Johns were out of turkey. That limited us on a choice of sandwiches. We ordered the Italian and it was great. They were closing early so they gave us 4 loaves of bread to take home.
