  My husband went to get my order and they wouldn't release it. There was only one order on the self. The employee said there was no order with my name on it. My hubby said thats her name and showed screenshot after a few minutes the man says "oh yea thats her name" and handed bag over.

  Possibly the worst Chipotle. Everything was stale and cold. I ordered online with a 7:30 pickup got there early so I could have a hot meal but was already made and was probably sitting for several minutes. I can’t wait to move out of Turlock.

  I had a really disappointing and concerning experience at Chipotle. I ordered food and found an insect in my meal, which made it completely unsafe to eat—especially as someone who is a transplant recipient and has to be extremely careful about food safety. I contacted customer support multiple times (several chats and a phone call) and even tried to reach the store, but I was not given a proper resolution. I was only offered partial compensation or credits, which does not reflect the seriousness of a food contamination issue. The food itself looked fine at first, which made it even more upsetting to discover the issue mid-meal. I ended up not being able to eat what I paid for, and the situation was handled poorly from a customer service standpoint. I understand mistakes can happen, but finding a bug in food and not receiving a full and fair resolution is unacceptable.   I ordered a bowl with a side of chips and had it delivered. they gave me a kids size bag of chips when I paid for large. and did not give me the queso I had to pay extra for.
