  Terrible service. Pulled up to drive thru was initially greeted but then nothing. Waited 10 minutes asked hello in the speaker multiple times no answer. Drove off as I was passing the window saw multiple people inside but no idea what they were doing as there was no one in the pull up order spots and no one in front of me at the drive thru. Maybe I'll try another time but as of now just disappointed

  Absolutely the worst customer service! I don’t know how the owner of this franchise doesn’t realize the staff is costing him money. Terrible attitudes at the drive through. God forbid you ask any questions because they will respond with the most half assed answers. They cannot even take an accurate order. And when questioned about the errors they will look at you like something’s wrong with you. I cannot in good faith recommend this place to any potential customers. Find another joint. Do not give your money to a place that will not serve you with the most basic respect that all customers should receive.

  clearly says close at 12 am and here at 11:35 pm Smh Lazy workers , hire ppl that are willing to be commited for work and not this Lazy Ppl ya got on the counter… smh

  The customer service here is honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced. The associates don’t seem to know their own menu, and when you ask questions or try to place an order, they make you feel like you’re the one who doesn’t understand. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see how much this place has gone downhill. I really hope management takes the time to address the customer service and training issues, because this experience was far from what it should have been.

  Tulare Sonic has to have the worst employees. I pulled up waited a bit, the older woman asked what I wanted, I ordered and then crickets. She disappeared. I waited awhile and said hello numerous times and stil nothing. I drove to the window where I saw her standing there. Mind no other cars in line or in the order drive ups. It was the first thing I noticed. I get to the window and she reads one part of my order back and asked what else I wanted. Do better sonic.
