  The customer service here is honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced. The associates don’t seem to know their own menu, and when you ask questions or try to place an order, they make you feel like you’re the one who doesn’t understand. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see how much this place has gone downhill. I really hope management takes the time to address the customer service and training issues, because this experience was far from what it should have been.

  Tulare Sonic has to have the worst employees. I pulled up waited a bit, the older woman asked what I wanted, I ordered and then crickets. She disappeared. I waited awhile and said hello numerous times and stil nothing. I drove to the window where I saw her standing there. Mind no other cars in line or in the order drive ups. It was the first thing I noticed. I get to the window and she reads one part of my order back and asked what else I wanted. Do better sonic.
