  I went in one morning last week and felt very uncomfortable by the way one of the managers was yelling at her employees. It made my experience very poor, as I find it so hard to believe that such a respectable establishment could hire on someone of such insolence. Her name tag said “Veronica”.

  Me and my boyfriend decided we wanted El Pollo Loco around 8:30pm last night so we live close we decide to walk there and we get there at 8:40pm, Angelina decides she wasn't gonna let anyone into the store anymore even though the door says your Cafe was closed at 9pm. We decided to come back in the drive thru and she proceeded to give us dirty looks from her register and smirk after we expressed ourselves with her interaction. Now I've worked customer service jobs and this behavior is just unacceptable. I've seen her before and she's not very helpful I always see her just talking to her male coworkers in the kitchen and today's my birthday and Im sure el pollo loco would like to know how Angelina from the Tulare El Pollo Loco treated us. I also just recently had a family death so you never know what people are going through. Train your employees on better customer service.

  Great food & customer service. But PLEASE lower the brightness on the screen of the drive thru. 😅
