    Went to go get a coffee at the window and paid. I waited 15 minutes and still didn’t get my order so i asked how much longer, they told me they never took my order and wanted me to place an order again. They never offered to make my coffee again so I just asked for my money back but the staff gave me a little bit of attitude. They gave me my money back but threw it to my hand. So i left without a coffee and rude experience.

    Baristas messed up my order once again on my protein drink wasn’t what I ordered feeling heartbroken since I used my points for it.

    The drinks are good but the service is sooo horrible. I put a mobile order in and it took them 15 MINUTES to make it AFTER I put the order in 10 minutes ago. I order ONE drink and it wasn’t even busy. Im so confused as to what they do back there. A whole team of 6 and it takes them forever. I definitely recommend going to the one on Blackstone!! Their service is TOO TIER!!☺️

    As a Dutch bro fanatic and I go to several locations from Clovis to here, this is the worst location. Drinks get made incorrectly and they hate to remake it. The one time I decided to order at the window the girl working was rude but possibly just overworked. All one stars get the same lame response from Dutch Bros🤷‍♀️

    This coffee shop has become mine and my daughter‘s favorite place to stop by before we run our errands. The crew here is so sweet and attentive. They have gone out of their way to memorize my daughter‘s name, her favorite drink as well as her favorite flavor lollipop, which is something that makes her feel so special. Prosperity crew you guys are doing amazing thank you for always making our day.
