My recommendation is that you order ahead. And still you will wait. Long lines are to be seen parking is scarce and dusty. The staff were extremely attentive, it is to be seen how long that lasts. It's a nice l,.new shiny establishment and the same chic fil a we expect.

Food is great as always, however I ordered using the mobile through, which is supposed to be faster than regular drive-through. However, upon arrival, I observed approximately 10 cars go through the drive-through where they have to pay and start their order with an employee rather than the people who prepared beforehand and use the app for what we thought would be quicker service. It was very unfortunate and quite upsetting that I should’ve just gone through the drive-through if I knew 10 cars were gonna go through ahead of me. I also received my order three cars ahead of the mobile through, which didn’t allow me to leave as I had to wait for the other cars to finally get their food again shows a fault in this method his place needs to figure out what’s going to be better for people who wanna order ahead and help them out or they’re not gonna see my service

Some issues here folks, but not with the food itself. For one thing, there are parking issues. At least 1/3 of the parking lot is on a dirt hill, which I wisely did not attempt to park on with my sedan. Even many parts of the parking lot that are paved have no properly painted lines for parking spaces. Another problem is that the drive-thru lanes are simply not long enough, causing the traffic to overflow on to the two lane road that acts as the entrance and exit. This results in customers who want to park in the parking lot having to wait behind customers who are waiting in line for the drive-thru. On top of that, some of the drivers wanting to get to the parking lot cross the double yellow line on that two lane road, basically going the wrong way in the other lane, blocking drivers trying to exit. Finally, within the establishment itself, there is not enough space set aside where people can wait for their pick-up and on-line orders. This results in overcrowding and confusion, where customers don't know who is waiting in-line to order or who is waiting to pick up an order. Still, the staff was polite and the food was standard Chick-fil-A, which is a good thing.

Extremely disappointed with the mobile drive-thru experience. We placed our order through the mobile app and used the mobile pickup lane, but it took way too long. At first, we were in the regular drive-thru lane until we noticed the second lane was meant for mobile orders, so we moved over. Unfortunately, all the cars that were originally behind or near us in the regular lane ended up getting their food before us. It really felt like mobile orders were not being prioritized at all. I wouldn’t recommend ordering through the mobile app if you’re expecting faster service.

I honestly feel the dedicated mobile order lane is unnecessary. The purpose of ordering ahead on the app is supposed to be convenience and faster service, but the mobile order line is consistently longer and slower than the regular drive-thru. It would make more sense to have a standard drive-thru setup with curbside pickup and dine-in options instead. That would help traffic flow more efficiently and give customers multiple ways to receive their orders without creating congestion in one lane.
