Kiosk was down, so clerk advised that I download the taco bell app, and mess with my phone for 30 minutes, rather than taking my $5 bill and handing me a taco. Whatever Yum foods executive thought that switching their payment system is undoubtedly too dumb to fire, since dumb is likely a protected class.
