  Typically, I utilize the drive-through service, but today we chose to dine inside. The experience was quite novel for me. Orders are placed via a kiosk rather than with a person, which I initially found to be more time-consuming, though it ultimately worked out well. The food was enjoyable, and the dining area was clean.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I clearly told the staff 3–4 times that my entire order had to be 100% vegetarian — no chicken, only beans and veggies. I repeated it multiple times to avoid exactly this kind of mistake. Yet I was still given chicken in my chalupas. This is not a “small mix-up.” I follow a strict vegetarian diet for religious reasons, and this completely violated my beliefs. It is extremely disrespectful when customers clearly communicate dietary restrictions and they are ignored. I trusted the staff to get something this basic right, and they failed. This ruined my meal and my experience. Very upset and very disappointed.
