  Worst pizza and bread sticks. We ordered a large 3 topping pizza and bread sticks and both of them are not at all fresh. I feel like they are a day old and they just reheated and gave. Terrible experience. Will never go to this place again 😤😤

  The attitude and customer service I received from the staff were extremely disappointing, particularly from Robert Aranda, who identified himself as the “manager” . TRASH SERVICE. I placed a delivery order directly through the Pizza Hut phone number listed online not through DoorDash. When my order arrived, the soda I received was incorrect. According to the manager, I had supposedly been notified about the substitution; however, I never received a phone call or text message from the store or the delivery driver regarding the change. When I contacted the store to address the issue, the manager’s response and tone were unnecessarily confrontational. I was even asked to bring the incorrect soda back to the store. This makes absolutely no sense to me! I ordered delivery, why would I be expected to drive to the restaurant to return a $4 soda? Ridiculous. The issue itself was minor and could have easily been resolved with basic customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, the manager’s attitude turned a simple mistake into a frustrating experience. I hope management takes the time to address this situation and reminds staff, especially those in managerial positions, that respectful and professional communication with customers is essential. POOR MANAGEMENT

  Very disappointing experience. The food quality was poor, but the staff’s attitude was even worse. When I called the store about my concern, the employee was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, they made the situation more frustrating. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and that was clearly lacking here. Based on both the food and the service, I won’t be returning.
