    Terrible curbside experience. We waited over 30 minutes in the curbside spot and no one came out. When we went inside, we found our order just sitting on the counter — completely neglected. The sundae was almost entirely melted and watery. The staff were unresponsive when we called out or tried to get someone's attention. If curbside pickup isn't actually being done, it shouldn't be offered as an option. Very disappointed.
