The place itself is clean, cool, and spacious, however I was surprised that ordering a McChicken with Extra mayonnaise costed extra money. This is not something that I had seen at other McDonald’s locations nearby. You can, however, request mayonnaise packets which does help. The food was good as well. Overall, I think it is still great.

Absolutely horrible. We ordered 4 sandwiched and got 1 soggy old sandwich. To add insult to injury, it wasn't even the right kind of sandwich.

This store ALWAYS delays curbside pick up orders and never take priority in this type of service to everyone!!! Everyone has to wait 15-30 mins until we have to go inside and claim our food inside and complain. If I get lucky to get my food to my car on curbside pickup, the food will be either cold, melted or taste bad because it was either sitting on the side for a long time, or rushed, messed up food order quality. When I complained to the MOD Alexandria about the issue inside the store, her excuse was they were short staffed and didn'tknow what else to say with a carless expression. Only excuses and lies since the store was packed with people inside the store and serving people at the tables. It nearly took 30 mins to get my order today, and only because I went inside for pickup and it was sitting in the back getting cold. Do something about this bs please.

I honestly never leave reviews, but this location has frustrated me so much that I finally felt the need to write one. I used to come here almost every morning between 7:00 and 8:00 AM before work because it’s the closest McDonald’s to my workplace. The location is convenient, but the service is honestly the worst I’ve experienced at any McDonald’s. The biggest problem is the management especially one morning manager, Guadalupe. In my experience, she is consistently rude and acts as if helping customers is an inconvenience. I’ve had to ask multiple times for food that was already sitting on the counter while she was talking on her phone, only to be told it wasn’t ready. By the time I finally received it, it was often cold or barely warm. One morning, while I was waiting for my order, I spoke with a couple of older men who were also waiting. They specifically pointed out the same manager, Guadalupe, and told me they felt she regularly treated them poorly. They even told me she had said she didn’t like them. According to them, she would refuse to give them refills or even a cup of water. I obviously can’t verify everything they told me, but hearing the same concerns from multiple customers while watching the way they were being treated made me realize my experience wasn’t an isolated one. I’ve also seen employees and managers standing on their phones while customers wait to order. One morning, I literally waited around 15–20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was standing at the counter because they were busy on their phones. That’s simply unacceptable. Another issue that really stands out is the communication. I have absolutely no problem with employees speaking Spanish. However, if you’re working the front counter or managing a restaurant, you should be able to communicate effectively with customers in English. There have been several times when managers didn’t understand my order, handed me the wrong food, or couldn’t answer basic questions about the menu. Instead of trying to resolve the misunderstanding, they became defensive and acted as though it was somehow the customer’s fault. A manager should know the menu and be able to communicate professionally with customers. I’ve also personally noticed that some Spanish-speaking managers and employees seem much friendlier and more welcoming toward Spanish-speaking customers, while customers who don’t speak Spanish often receive noticeably colder or ruder treatment. I’ve even witnessed non-Spanish-speaking employees being spoken to disrespectfully by management. As a customer, it’s uncomfortable to watch. As someone who is also a manager at my own job, I would never treat my employees or customers the way I’ve seen people treated here. I also feel bad for the DoorDash drivers. I’ve watched them come in to pick up orders and be spoken to disrespectfully on multiple occasions. They’re just trying to do their jobs, yet I’ve never seen delivery drivers treated this poorly at any other McDonald’s or fast-food restaurant. On more than one occasion, I’ve also seen managers and employees spending time chatting or flirting with customers while everyone else stood around waiting for their food. It comes across as very unprofessional when customers are waiting and being ignored. This isn’t just my opinion anymore. My coworkers and I used to come here almost every day because of how convenient the location is, but we’ve all stopped coming. We’d rather drive farther to another McDonald’s where we’re treated with basic courtesy and respect. We’re paying customers. We’re not asking for free food we’re paying for it. The least we should expect is warm food, accurate orders, reasonable wait times, and managers who know how to communicate professionally with both customers and their own employees. If you value your time, your money, and basic customer service, I’d recommend going to a different McDonald’s.
