  I had a very disappointing experience at this Jamba Juice location in Tracy, California, especially since it was my first time visiting this location. I came in with my sister, and there were three employees working—two men and one woman. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor. There was no greeting, no welcome, and very little eye contact or acknowledgment when we walked in. It honestly felt like we were inconveniencing them by coming in to place an order. The employees seemed very distant and uninterested in helping customers. At one point, they went into the back instead of staying at the front to assist us, and we were left wondering whether anyone was actually going to take our order. When we finally ordered, the employees were having their own conversations among themselves while we were trying to order, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but the overall attitude of the staff made us feel very unwelcome. Customer service is a huge part of the experience, and unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training on basic customer service—greeting customers, making eye contact, being attentive, and making customers feel welcome. I would expect much better from a well-known brand like Jamba. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location unless the customer service improves significantly.
