  Often busy with a wait but they seem like they're doing their best. I have waited an additional 5-10 mins for a drink that was sitting in the blender just needing to be poured into a cup though which is frustrating

  Went in today to get a smoothie and after waiting 20 minutes my order still not done and people who came in after me got there’s I asked for a refund where the manager rose said they can only void not refund but yet they still got there money so how can they not do a refund and give a receipt that says it was refunded ? Horrible. Customer service never again the owner should be ashamed

  Usually its my to go location for orange carrot juice. Today i went in around 6 pm , asked the same juice and food. Took my order and went home. After taking first sip , it turns out only carrots juice. There was not single essence of Orange in it. Went back to store asked them if they made it just carrot juice, but Employees said its Orange/Carrot juice. I asked them if they can remake it . They stated , it was the last batch of oranges they used for my order and dont have anymore. I can bet there is not even a single slice of orange in it. It might be because they were out of stock when started making my order, but still rather than making just with carrots, they should have told me , i would have requested the refund than getting Juice that i dont liked and have to throw now , which costed me around 14 bucksz
