- BABilal AbboushiSep 1, 20261.0I come to this Dunkin’ nearly every morning, and unfortunately it feels like the service is getting worse instead of better. I ordered a LARGE latte today and asked for medium-to-light ice. Somehow that translated into getting a cup that was only about 3/4 full. I’m paying nearly $7 for a coffee, so I really don’t understand why asking for less ice means I should receive less drink. And honestly, this isn’t the first time. Every time I come in lately, it feels like I’m getting less and less. At this point it almost feels like they expect customers to pay $7 for a large cup of ice just so they can put a small amount of actual coffee in it. What makes it even more frustrating is how stingy the staff seems to be with coffee that isn’t even coming out of their own pocket. If this is some official Dunkin’ policy, then Dunkin’ seriously needs to rethink it. But if it’s just this location deciding to do this, somebody in management needs to address it. I’ve been a regular customer and I genuinely enjoyed coming here in the mornings, but experiences like this are making me realize I might as well find the energy to make coffee at home. Nescafé Gold is pretty good anyway, and at least I know I’ll get a full cup. As it stands, I probably won’t be returning. I hate to say it, but I’d rather go back to Starbucks, because at least when I ask for less ice, they still fill the drink. For a company as big as Dunkin’, this is honestly disappointing. A large should be a large — not 3/4 of a cup because the customer didn’t want it packed with ice.
