  I had a really disappointing experience. The ultimatum nachos were honestly disgusting—there was no cheese, no veggies, and no beans, just dry chips with nothing on them. On top of that, the fries were burnt and tasted terrible. Definitely not worth it and I wouldn’t recommend ordering this.

  I've tried many different locations of BBW, and the atmosphere on a Saturday night was great. Me and my husband love to order the ultimate nachos for our families starter. Although it came out fully loaded, the chips were a little still. After telling our waitress, she did make sure they were remade. I honestly think she did her best at serving us. The food just wasn't to our standards this time at this locations.

  I had a really frustrating experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. After waiting a long time just to get seated, they ended up seating another party before us even though we had been waiting longer. Then, once we were finally seated, we sat there for about 30 minutes without any service or even acknowledgment from staff. To make things worse, the men’s restroom was completely disgusting—no paper towels, a mess all over the sink area, and broken stall doors. It was honestly unacceptable. At that point, we decided to just walk out. If that’s the condition of the restroom, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. This place felt completely disorganized, poorly managed, and not worth your time. I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else.

  Came here for dinner with my parents and I had to say this is poor customer service. The waiter wasn’t rude but she doesn’t even check on us if we’re doing fine nor asking if we needed refill. Especially the appetizer took too long and when it came, the food was barely hot and the onion rings are slightly soggy. I also checked other reviews and most of the recent ones are negative. Now I know why there’s a bunch of negative reviews. So far this is the only restaurant in this area I would never come back to.

  The food was very tasty. Our server was very nice and quick with things that were under her control. Would have preferred the appetizers to come out a bit faster as they came out within 2 minutes of the test of the food even though they were placed first. I got the bacon Mac and cheese burger which was delicious. My wife got the cheesesteak, which she said was delicious.
