African American female, bey if I was white, he would wait to see if I was going to pay. He also immediately said on speaker, security check your cameras. I do not steal. Vons have previously allowed me to shop using my own bag, liquor etc. My eyes watered. NEVER. Will return. I couldn't find Shallots. I will spend my $s elsewhere.

- NTNIS TensenJul 9, 20261.0The worker in this location, his name is Ryan, he was on checkout (register). This worker needs to be fired immediately. Extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife and l both have been coming to this location for over 10 years, and he so far has been the worst. I usually do self-checkout due to the bad workers and their attitudes, but this time, we decided to try it. And man, did I regret it. This guy did NOT bother to say "hello" or acknowledge us at all. Just... scan.... scan... scan... total. Here's the worst part. My wife made a comment about the bags not having handles, making things difficult to carry. He said... "If you don't like it, Karen, contact Vons directly and file a complaint." That's unacceptable, unprofessional and unnecessary. This guy should NOT be working here and he needs to be removed. Spending $200+ to get some unhappy, unappreciative worker making comments like this to buying customers is unacceptable. He honestly pissed me off to the point that if he is still there by the time I return, I will go elsewhere. Fix this.
