  I want to commend the personnel at the Torrance location. As I was checking out at Tracey’s station, I felt a fainting spell coming on and asked if they could get me a bottle of water. She immediately told someone to grab a water and then dragged a stool over and held onto me. Four employees took care of me and made sure I was okay before getting the bagger (Andy?) to bring the electric cart to me. He escorted me out and loaded the bags into my car. I can’t begin to tell you how appreciative I am for their care and consideration. I have had these episodes in the past so knew how to deal with them. Once I sat down, got some fresh air and water, I was fine. Please know that all the staff involved were a credit to your training and wise decision to hire good people. Suggestion: Stock water bottles alongside the sodas at checkout stations. I forgot my water bottle and noted none were available at any of the stations.

  Luis one of the managers helped me the other night. It was a problem with a coupon and he was so nice and helpful. Thank you for making feel that the problem was not beyond repair. Appreciate you and love the store!!

  This morning while using self-checkout, an employee approached me while I was actively paying and questioned whether I had scanned an item. I immediately printed my receipt and offered for it to be checked, but the employee declined and walked away. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly suspected of shoplifting despite completing my purchase correctly. This was my first experience with this type of treatment at your store. If there are ongoing concerns about theft at self-checkout, a better resolution may be reopening additional cashier stations rather than making paying customers feel singled out or monitored during checkout.

  been coming here for years, trying to support local workers. I’ve had mobile orders have problems before and normally they fix it, but my mobile order for my party today was pretty bad. not only did they only give me one of two packages of cinnamon rolls - so I only had five cinnamon rolls for nine people instead of ten - but they also made a very silly substitution. I ordered hash browns and they substituted them with tater tots…. it was a breakfast party. why not substitute for a form of breakfast potato? which is what I requested. I decided not to ask for a refund because I’m sure at some point we will eat the tots, but I didn’t even want a refund.. I wanted the correct food for my party :(
