  I am a regular for outback. I have visited them at more than 4 state and tens of times, but this was the worst steak experience I had ever have. It did not taste good. Others' steak was either to salty or not cooked well. It was a big disappointment for me. Even the steak I ate yesterday at a red lobster was better than that.

  You know it ought to be against the law for Google only allowing five stars especially when they should have a symbol for infinite... From the time my son and I came in here, sat down and ate the servers were amazing... To top it all off sly who I'd like to say is the Angel of outback is definitely the epitome of superb, from his great customer service, southern hospitality he definitely makes our service worth while... I can go on and on about how amazing he is, including looking out for my baby on his bday.... This place is definitely heaven on earth and we appreciate him and his staff at a 1000 percent.... But I think that Google will cut me off, and not to mention, there's not enough words in the dictionary but these and the five stars will have to do for now. Highly recommend this location if you want to be treated like family instead of a regular customer because they definitely succeed at doing that... God bless you sly and staff and we look forward to coming here until we can get to Australia and pack you in our luggage to come with us lol... 🤓🙏🤗🩷

  Dining at Outback Steakhouse Torrance is the best dining experience. The Filipino Manager, Mr. Edgie is very friendly and welcoming. Mr. Edgie and his staff/crew offer excellent service. The food is very tasty and delicious for my children and me. The beer is perfect, too! Two thumbs up for the Outback Steakhouse Torrance. Thanks for the great Friday evening dinner! Gie

  I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience at outbacks April 27th, 2026, at 3525 W Carson St #159, Torrance, CA 90503,. African American patrons may want to be aware of the potential for subpar service at this establishment. Our waitress took our order for steak pasta, medium cooked, at 7:15 p.m., but the meal did not arrive until 9:30 p.m. We had to inquire about the status of our order multiple times, as our waitress failed to provide updates. When the meal finally arrived, the pasta was hot, but the steak was cold and overcooked. As we prepared to leave, the manager offered a vague invitation to return, without acknowledging our disappointing experience or apologizing for the poor service. The waitress also failed to apologize or address our concerns, and we had to request to speak with a manager. Upon departing, the staff's parting comment was a dismissive 'have a good day.' We left feeling unwelcome and hungry. It appears that this establishment struggles with providing adequate service to African American patrons. 😢 After contacting the location and speaking with the store manager, who mentioned it was his first day back from vacation, he stated he would review the video and follow up with me within thirty minutes, which did not occur. This lack of response reinforces my perception that this establishment may not provide adequate service to Black patrons.

  My wife and I wanted to try out this location on Friday Since we were in the area and I must say, I was very impressed with my server Cecilia She was Attentive at all times she paid attention to detail and that our order was Correct and our drinks were made right. Our cups were never empty, nor did we have to scour the restaurant to figure out where she was at. By far, best customer service we will definitely be coming back to this location. The food was great. It came out on a timely manner and cooked to perfection. Our server convinced us on trying the garlic butter for my steak and I must say best choice. From now on, that’s the only way I’ll be eating my steaks. We were impressed with his dining experience.Definitely coming back .
