  so this will probably be my last official time coming here. I didn’t have a good first experience. The second time did I have a good experience this is literally the third time I’ve been here. I work inside the mall and normally I do bring I said you know I’m willing to give them another chance today was just a clear-cut example of no lying management because I was standing behind somebody a grown woman decided to jump in front of me though I was standing right there me and didn’t even bother to apologize and what makes it even worse is I don’t know who is really working back there their names or anything like that and I’m normally a really nice person, but there was an associate who was just being really aggressive not towards me, but just slimy things now the two cashiers that was in the front. The guy didn’t even see what happened. Nobody wasn’t paying attention. I’m standing there waiting for them to call me and the customer that was behind me on assigned me decided to trip in front of you which I don’t think that was OK, but I wouldn’t have returning from these past experiences. I feel like there is not enough care in the world I get it. You’re working at this job. I work too and I work very hard for the money that I do earn, but I’m not about to sit there and not pay attention not to be not calling somebody’s name because the second experience I had I ordered a drink and I sat there for almost like 10 minutes just waiting and I was on my lunch my lunch. I didn’t do that this time but yeah for now on I will not be returning. Please don’t ask me to. I have yet to hear back from you guys so I’m just done.

  Today at 10:20am, April 7, 2026. I ordered coffee and the cashier had a bad attitude. I don't know if she doesn't understand my accent, but I know I'm speaking English. LOL If you don't like your job, then LEAVE!!! Don't ruin the business's image and ruin people's day.

  Ayer fui con mis hijas y ordenamos .y sinceramente no fue agradable interactuar con las personas que trabajan ahí. En especial con el cajero de ese momento.ademas de que te incluyen por fuerza propina .que creo no es obligación .todo depende de el servicio y definitivamente no fue bueno.jamas regresaría y señores empresarios de esta compania los reto a pagar un mejor salario a sus trabajadores para que no cobren a la brava

  At 11am. This lady got my order wrong. Either she doesn’t listen. Make sure to get your order right. I ordered a vanilla latte over ice and vanilla ice coffee and I received A vanilla cold brew and a vanilla caramel macchiato which is not even close to what I ordered.

  We were helped out by Maverick on the morning of Christmas Eve. He made funny dad jokes that helped make our busy morning more enjoyable. We loved the enthusiasm and service!
