  $1 large iced coffee In the area for an event, I needed a caffeine pick me up, before the festivities began. Ordering via the app, the iced coffee was quickly brought to my table, and I soaked in all the energy boosting caffeine I needed. Service was good. The employee brought out my iced coffee with a few creamers. A good amount of seating inside, there is a need to re-upholster some of the benches. Some are ripped, while others have fabric flaking off. McDonald's does in a pinch. A $1 large iced coffee is a bargain, and lifted my spirits. I rarely go to McDonald's anymore, but if in the area, I'd hit up this location, again.

  Closest to Harbor UCLA hospital. Horrible service, wrong orders, missing items, rude employees. McDonalds was founded with the Speedy system. How far have they fallen. Many locals turn to this location due to it's close proximity to the hospital and businesses. Honestly wish they would replace the entire current staff with employees who care and have training in customer service and quality. In this day and age with soaring prices a customer should receive freshly prepared food in a timely manner and receive their complete order accurately! Totally worth driving to the other location farther away. Please do not risk patronizing this location! You will regret it!

  I only go here since it’s convenient and down the street from my house but workers are so rude always on there phones and service is horrible.

  App said 2-5 minutes wait for a McChicken, Happy Meal and chicken strips.. Ended up waiting forever. Other families ordering after us were getting their food. Asked what's going on and was told "sorry, its being made". After 30 minutes, screw this, got my refund and left.

  Wanted to try McDonalds for the first time in forever... The closest one to me was this one and wow it was hot garbage. The speaker system is horrible. I cannot hear the employee who cannot enunciate, and she could not hear me. Then had to wait in the slowest line ever only to be told to go to the second pick up window... waited 5 minutes for a spicy mcChicken. That tasted like it had pieces of plastic or ultra chewy bits of chicken. Really poor food for the price. Unsalted fries and they were out of sauce and other products. I've never seen a modern looking Mc Donald's THIS unequipped with the worst staff ever. 0/100. Avoiding this location forever. And probably won't get mcdonalds again in awhile.
