Service during the Wednesday night shift (April 29) was unfortunately very disappointing overall.
There were two employees working, one man and one woman. I want to be fair — the guy was genuinely polite, professional, and had very good customer service. He is honestly the reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1.
The issue was the woman’s attitude. I completely understand that the business was closing and staff were cleaning. That was not the problem. The problem was how aggressively and rudely we were rushed out. We had literally just received our order and taken our very first bite/sip — which is completely normal when you’ve just been handed your food. It’s not like we intended to stay there for a full meal, and honestly, the environment itself is not even the type of place people would want to sit and linger in for long anyway.
It was the tone, the attitude, and the way she chose to handle it that made the experience feel unnecessarily hostile.
Customer service is everything, especially in today’s economy where businesses are already struggling and repeat customers are essential. Employees who act like they don’t want to be there, or like they’re being forced to do their job, can seriously hurt a business. I understand people get tired, but if you have a job, you should value it — and part of that means treating customers with respect, because those customers are ultimately what keep that business running.
Attitudes like this are exactly what drive customers away and contribute to businesses losing support over time.
Management should pay closer attention to who they hire and how staff are trained, because employee attitudes directly impact whether customers return.
Again, the young man did a great job, but the negative experience caused by the other employee outweighed it.
That’s why I’m leaving 2 stars. And regardless of how close this location is to my home, I will not be returning. I would much rather drive farther to another location or explore similar businesses if it means receiving better service and a more respectful overall experience.

The service was amazing and the drink tastes great! I really like the selection on the menu and the vibe there was truly awesome! I came from a track meet today and this was the perfect experience and met my satisfaction! Thank you to José who was extra splendid and made me drink with care. They have a lot of consideration and compassion there! I love their offers there and this made my day ☺️🫰

Service was a little slow they ran out of big cups so had to give us 2 little cups. They are pushing people to use the kiosk instead of ordering with a actual person. Which confuses people. While we were there 4 people walked out because a lady was taking forever at the kiosk.
