I placed a mobile order that said it would be ready in 8–13 minutes and to go inside for pickup. I arrived before 10 p.m., but the doors were locked. An employee saw me, refused to come to the door, and just pointed me to the drive-thru. There were only 3 cars, but the line was extremely slow. I didn’t get my order until 10:17 p.m. The food was barely warm, drinks were watered down, and when I got home, multiple items were missing (chips, chips & guac), wrong salsa, and no napkins. The bag had clearly been sitting for quite a while. When I called, I was told to come back or return the next day for a refund — not acceptable after that experience. Also noticed staff already mopping with soap well before closing, which was concerning. Overall, poor service, poor quality, and very frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expected.
