My experience at this location was far from enjoyable. Upon entering the women’s restroom, I was met with an unpleasant sight: there were no seat covers available, and the floor was littered with dirty toilet paper. To make matters worse, I found throw-up in the sink, which was both disgusting and concerning for cleanliness. I've taken the time to report these issues multiple times, but it seems like nothing has been done to address them. As for the games, I encountered several problems. Some were malfunctioning and would glitch, making it frustrating to use them. One game that stood out was the Thor’s hammer game, which I was excited to try. However, I quickly learned that the cable was far too short, leading to an unexpected and painful incident when the equipment swung back and hit me in the mouth. That definitely felt unsafe and added to my overall dissatisfaction. In summary, my visit was disappointing, and I left feeling quite frustrated rather than entertained.

Noel was the bartender when I came for Monday Night Football. He immediately asked for my order when I sat down, did not have to wait at all! He explained the happy hour to me, was quick and super nice! Best Dave N Busters experience!

Alex the blonde bartender was great! She made a really good first impression and was super friendly and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain the different drinks and helped me figure out what I would probably like instead of just handing me a menu and walking away. The bar was pretty busy, but she was really fast and kept everything moving without compromising the quality of the drinks. My drink was really good, and you could tell she knows what she’s doing. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience better. I’ll definitely look for Alex next time I’m at Dave & Buster’s.
