  No surprise this has the lowest score in between all the Chipotle’s in their area. Portions are tiny, served cold, and the staff is unwelcoming. I voiced my concerns to the manager, but he was indifferent, saying nothing and merely smirking ironically.

  Julio provided excellent service today. He was very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. His positive attitude brightened my day and made the experience much more enjoyable. More employees should provide the same level of customer service as Julio. He is a great representative of Chipotle!

  I travel a lot and I'm usually ordering Chipotle when im out of town. This is probably the most expensive Chipotle in the area. You'd think customer service would be better considering it's more expensive than other locations, but it's not 🤦‍♂️

  I ordered a Chicken Bowl, but the first scoop of chicken was barely half a full portion. When I asked the server to add a proper second scoop to make it a standard portion, they ended up charging me $4.25 for "Extra Chicken" without even warning me. Getting charged extra just to get a normal amount of food is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience at this location.

  Subject: Professionalism and Service Complaint: Torrance Location (Carson & Vermont) To Chipotle Corporate Management, I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding an unacceptable customer service experience at your Torrance location (situated across from the UCLA Hospital at Carson and Vermont) on July 8, 2026.For the past month, I have been a loyal and frequent patron of this establishment, with an average transaction size of $25. However, the behavior of two employees working yesterday has prompted me to reconsider my patronage. I have not seen these two individuals at this location prior to this day. They can be identified as a white female with short or no hair, and a heavy-set Hispanic female. When I politely inquired about tasting a new chicken menu item to address my hesitations before purchasing, both employees displayed a highly condescending demeanor. Their long, unfriendly faces and attitude implied that I was seeking complimentary food. Despite this hostile treatment, I still proceeded with my order and spent my usual $25. As a regular customer, I expect a basic standard of professionalism and hospitality. The unwelcoming atmosphere created by these two employees is entirely unacceptable. I trust that local management will use these descriptions to identify the staff involved and take corrective action immediately.
