Instead of showing basic courtesy, your staff rolled their eyes and sighed in frustration simply because they couldn’t understand me. There was no queue, no pressure, and no excuse for that kind of behavior. What made it even worse was the woman who was slightly chubby with darker skin — she looked directly at me and rolled her eyes with clear disrespect. That moment alone made me feel humiliated. As someone who also works in the service industry, I deal with customers who struggle with English all the time. Yet I have never treated anyone with the level of arrogance and disrespect that your staff showed me. This wasn’t just bad service — it was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. You deserve 1 star, and honestly, even that feels generous. I will be sharing this experience with my colleagues so they know exactly what kind of service to expect here. Do better

Theres no refill for beverages . I pay $36 for 2 burritos and 2 sodas.

Not only three hours later I have explosive diarrhea and stomach cramps. Wish I could blame the location for this but it seems to be all Chipotle's. My food was basically mush soup by the time I got it. Which made the meal flavorless and as though I had just spent 30 dollars on prison food. Thanks for reminding me!
