  The staff was nice, and the restaurant was clean. I, unfortunately, ordered the steak. 90% of it was fat and gristle that I had to spit out into a napkin. Never again.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle on August 10th at approximately 4:45 PM. Three of us arrived at the restaurant at the exact same time to order food. There were no other customers in the restaurant, it was literally just the three of us. The first customer ordered and went to pay, but the register began experiencing technical difficulties. While they were trying to resolve the issue, the second customer’s meal was prepared. Since the register still wasn’t working, the employees ultimately allowed both customers to take their meals completely free of charge. I was the third customer. I had walked in at the same time, had been standing there waiting just like everyone else, and there was absolutely no one behind me. However, instead of taking my order and extending the same courtesy to me, I was left standing there waiting. I ultimately waited more than 30 minutes and was still required to pay for my meal. To be very clear, this is not about wanting free food. I had no problem paying for my meal. What I have a problem with is three customers arriving at the same time, under the same circumstances, and only two being shown a courtesy while the third customer is treated completely differently. If all three of us had been asked to wait until the register was working, I would have completely understood. What I don’t understand is why the employees decided that the first two customers deserved an accommodation, while I, the only remaining customer did not. There was no rush, no long line, and no other customers waiting. It was just the three of us. That is what made the difference in treatment so noticeable and disappointing. I cannot speak to the employees intentions, but I can speak to my experience. Being the only customer out of three treated differently made me feel singled out, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I expected much better from Chipotle. Unfortunately, this experience left such a negative impression that I will not be returning to this location.

  only one employee working the line with 5 or 6 guests waiting to order. customer ahead of me ordered two chicken bowls, team member alerted another that he was running low on chicken to which he responded “no more chicken.” when i was up to order, there was no chicken, no sour cream, no guac and the lettuce was empty. there was abt an hour and a half left until closing, several employees just cleaning and zero intentions of replenishing any of the ingredients missing. terrible experience. go somewhere else

  I come here for lunch, maybe twice a week because the staff is just so efficient and fast and nice. The food is so fresh even down to the salsa and I love the chicken here. The food at this Chipotle hits diff for me.
