  There are two employee that stand out at this establishment, Sherry and Isabella. They are great! Always friendly, have smiles on their faces and, super helpful! They go above and beyond for the customer. But the manager there Elizabeth is very rude. I have heard the way she talks down to the employees there. I can't believe Arby's would hire someone like that. Especially put them in a management position. Arby's needs to do better.

  Went to the drive thru on 7/10. Ordered 2 boxes for my son and me; as well as potato cakes. Paid bill and told by employee to wait in the parking lot so they could prepare the potato cakes and food would be brought out front. Waited 10 minutes. Food was brought out. Got home and when opening up my arby melt box there was no Arby melt. How is the main part of the box forgotten? In addition no marinara sauce for the cheese sticks.

  Too expensive!!..Their so called Philly cheese steak sandwich looked and tasted like a 6 yr old made it. They must be measuring the meat and cheese with tea spoons" well it looked like cheese i think, so nope no good at all tasted terrible! Never doing that again! Also got two other items no drink. Way too much almost $26.00 that's just crazy ARBY'S you're taking advantage of customers with cheap food that needs to stop!!!! For this you get zero stars and a nice bad review on social media maybe you'll improve your food or your prices!!!
