  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was told that modifying my order would cause me to lose my phone rewards entirely. On top of that, my fries were served cold. When I asked for a fresh batch, Elizabeth openly made a comment that the food was cold because of the 5 minutes we spent discussing my rewards. Serving cold food and then blaming the customer for taking a few minutes to clarify a rewards issue is completely unprofessional.

  This is a great Arby's location the staff is very nice and pleasant they greet you when you walk in the door which is something that doesn't happen often anymore these days the lobby is very clean I just got a French dip which seems to be a little bit smaller than it used to be shrinkflation that is finest but other than that my food was good it was hot and the staff was very nice and I will go there again because I go there all the time... the stiiizy dispensary is next door if you know you know
