  I visited here for lunch one day with my brother and there was a couple people ahead of me. They took everyone’s order and gave us a number. The restaurant had was about 1/4 full. We waited and saw them complete take orders while several tables waited for Food. 30mins later, another table who ordered way after us got their food, before we did, it was at this point I got up and asked about our order and why people who ordered after us where getting food before us…. they said it’s coming up in a rude tone. It took them over 40mins to serve us a burger fries and chicken sandwich. The food was cold and not good. The service here is horrible. If you want to eat cold food and wait an hour, eat in. If you like cold food and don’t mind a 30min wait, order take out. I will never visit this place again.

  besides an extra 30 minute wait on my pickup order the food was good. just wish i didn’t have to sit in the store 30 minutes after the time they had said it would be ready.

  Sitting in the store eating and the worst burger ive ever had!! I asked for medium and my wife asked medium rare. Both came well done . It was so dry!!! I didnt even get my crispy onions i asked for. Next I ordered chili cheese fries and had no idea it came with raw onions and tomatoes and kindly asked for none of that because it was my first time here. She then took it back to be remade and came back with onions and I told her I just said no onions and tomatoes. And shes like I told the guy and she took it back and im guessing the guy who prepares the fries comes with a pen and paper saying ok chili cheese fries comes with this and I told him I already told the lady no onions or tomatoes. I dont think you need a pen and paper for those 2 simple things . The worst experience ever!!! First and last time I will be coming here.
