  Very sad.. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The staff always seems rushed, impatient, and unfriendly. Simply asking about your order or checking on your food feels unpleasant, as if you’re bothering them by asking a basic question. I understand mornings can be busy, but customer service shouldn’t disappear when there’s a line. A greeting, a smile, or even a courteous response would make a huge difference. Instead, the atmosphere often feels cold and unwelcoming. After several visits with the same experience, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. The food may be fine, but the service makes it hard to want to come back.

  Great bagels that are made fresh daily. Tasty selection of cream cheeses. George was very attentive and kind and did his best to expedite and manage the volume of orders.

  Stopped in for a bagel one morning. They were somewhat helpful if a bit stand offish. Overall a good place to stop in for a morning bite.

  Bagels are pretty good , the service is not great . I came in yesterday and ordered a turkey bagel . Drove home noticed they gave me the wrong bagel. They won’t give me the correct one or a refund.Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. I’ve worked in the food business and given wrong orders , I correct it immediately and give them correct order , instead they questioned me about it and refused to give me what I ordered, check your cameras and transactions if its that deep , CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT DO BETTER!!!

  The the young hispanic manager was very rude and not welcoming. I had placed my order online and got there 20 minutes lateer to pick it up. But it was still not ready was told he was to busy. I waited 12 more minutes for my order. Between this time people that were ordering in store got there order before me, he left my bagels out and when he finally remembered to do my order one of his workers started talking to him and took forever to give me my order. My food was so cold. But I couldn't go back and tell him because was already running late to work for wait 30 minutes to get 3 bagels. The manger is rude and his employees don't care to give the same quality service to everyone
