Unfortunately, the chicken in my salad was really disappointing .. chewy, rubbery, and not fresh-tasting. Some pieces looked overcooked/stale/reheated multiple times, and the salad overall felt messy and unappetizing. I’ve had better experiences at other El Pollo Loco locations, so I hope this location improves its food quality and consistency.
