  Owner’s attention: I’m saying this because I actually want to see this place do well. A lot of the people who come here live in this community, and it’s a great spot for a healthy lunch, which makes this even more disappointing. The service felt rude, distracted, and strangely corrective over small things, like names of different sauce in a way that felt more about correcting than helping. On top of that, the overall interaction left you feeling treated differently, which made the experience even worse. At checkout, the girl seemed more focused on chatting than paying attention, then tried to put it back on me by saying I didn’t mention the order was to go. That was frustrating and not how customers should be treated, especially in a neighborhood place like this. Places like this matter to the community. I just hope the service can reflect that better.

  I had a really disappointing experience. When I walked in, no one greeted me, and I had to wait a few minutes before someone finally came to take my order. The staff member who served me was not attentive, and the portion size she gave was noticeably smaller than expected. What bothered me the most was during payment — my total was around $15, and I handed $20, but she kept the remaining $5 without even asking if I wanted my change back. I don’t mind tipping for good service, but this felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, the service was very poor and it negatively affected my entire morning. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I’d rate it 0.5/10.

  Waited for 5 minutes for the assitance even though there is no one at store and the front lady just gave everything 2 oz charged me 15 for a regular bowl no receipt given no bag just handed the bowl . Very less quantity

  The baddie lowkey giving Miguel o hara needs to be the face of the store - did me and my good sis bowl incredibly drop his schedule if he’s not there neither am I ‼️💯🔥

  Chipotle is openly ripping us off. We purchased two bowls and paid for double meat on both (that would be roughly 8 oz. of meat per bowl). When I came home, I weighed the servings and one had 4.5 oz of meat and the other had 3 oz. This isn't the first time this has happened at Chipotle but it is definitely the most egregious example I've experienced. If you can't avoid going to Chipotle, at the very least don't pay for any extra items.
