  This is a review for a few months ago. In short, I'm not going back and Chipotle has lost another customer - especially this Thousand Oaks location. Chipotle was known for their generous portions and their healthier food at a reasonable price - not this location. Prices have gone up (it was the same price as a sit down restaurant, and this is a fast food chain). I was given less than a half portion of protein, half portion of beans, and the server skimped on everything else. I looked at him, he looked at me, he knew he was giving less. It was late, I was tired and didn't protest - but decided then and there I would not be going back especially after seeing how much it cost for the portion I receive. So, I'm now no longer a Chipotle customer, I can support local taquerias (there are a dozen others in town that are great) pay less and not leave hungry. Not worth it.

  I had such an amazing experience at Chipotle today thanks to Corey! He truly made my lunch break special. He complimented my hair—which meant so much since I had just done it myself last night—and it honestly made my whole day. His positive attitude and kindness was so refreshing, and I walked out with the biggest smile. He was the only worker in the front and still gave everyone and amazing experience with no rush. I already know I’m going to have a great rest of my day because of that small but meaningful interaction. I really wish more workers had Corey’s energy—it makes all the difference. Thank you so much, Corey!! If a manger is reading this give him a raise he very much deserves it 🥰

  I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. This location was dirty the first time I visited and it was dirty the second time I visited. I threw away the chicken bowl because it wasn’t good.

  I think I have only had good service once while grabbing food here, and they are never very busy. The girls working behind the counter are not friendly, seem as of they don't want to be there and seem as if they do t want you to be there either. Always trash everywhere and good luck getting their attention while the are chatting on the side. Is anyone managing this place or the employees?

  This is one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve been to. Portions are small, food quality is inconsistent sometimes the rice or meat is undercooked, and the serving area is often dirty. Staff can be rude, and lines sometimes stretch into the parking lot due to understaffing. A lot needs to be fixed.
