I have traveled up and down the I-5 corridor trying all the Baskin Robbins from San Diego to Seattle and this is the store to stop at. The people are super friendly, girl Jayden, boy Jayden, Sienna and Destiny. Yes they do get crowded at times of the day, but you will always see a smile on the employees faces and a willingness to help, offer ideas and of course the taste test. Then there are the cakes. The front display area has cakes that are specialities and so cleverly designed. Then there's the standard cakes in the back, or the polar pizza or the take out quarts/pints and the pre-packed ice cream bars. What makes this place so special? You can sit down in a relaxed atmosphere, with Grandmas and Grandpas and grandkids, just like the old Norman Rockwell pictures that were so popular years go. Just takes you back to a simpler time with a great treat... Baskin Robbins ice cream.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
