The self-checkout is a mess, and the employee assigned to help customers was standing in the middle of the area having a long conversation with someone holding a dog instead of assisting anyone. When I finally asked for help, I was passed off to Briana, who was extremely rude. I had perishable groceries, and they were handling my bags with unwashed hands after petting a dog, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was overcharged $61 for items I didn’t even purchase. When I requested a refund, I was met with eye rolls and dirty looks instead of any attempt to fix the situation professionally. This experience was frustrating, unsanitary, and handled poorly from start to finish. I will not be shopping at this store again

Are you charging Open Nature for an ad space in your weekly flyer? If I were them, I'd question your company's credibility! Don't even think about it, if it's on a $5 Friday every 6 months. Again are they paying for the ad space. This is not a one time event, this is for the last couple of years. If you advertise it, have a least a minimal representation every once in a while. Is that really to much to ask for? Please don't take the time to give your standard reply to this review... Sorry but not sorry!! Do better than that!!
