- MBMark BernhardAug 2, 20261.0I live less than two miles from this store but will never shop there again. Prices are outrageous, customer service is nowhere to be found. If you want something from the deli or meat department good luck. The aisles are blocked with stockers who are obviously put out if they need to stop or move for you. There aren’t any other stores within 10 miles so they will continue to be busy. Too bad. It’s worth driving a little to get good service as well as saving 20-30 dollars per trip.

Vons, though, has always been where I've searched for - in any city or state I've been in, they're always there! I appreciate the setup of this location on De Palma, it seems items are categorized in a way that just makes plain sense. I walk into stores sometimes and thank myself that I'm not accountable for putting it together! I appreciate the staff much more!! - one time I had to do an exchange prolly 12 minutes before closing and everyone was so gracious. The wonderfully helpful checker and even the gentleman that I interrupted counting a till drawer to ask if I could still make the exchange at that time. It's the people that live next door, down or up the road that you see almost everyday.. and these particular two probably won't even realize it, but they actually saved me a little that night with just that exchange - I was sick and craving something from childhood. Thank you. And I wish I knew your names! But I see you often, so I'll post again. 🫶

We didn't change anything or add anything. He didn't seem to know ingredients or where they might be kept. We asked if he was new so we could give him a little thumbs up your doing great kind of thing. He said he has been in this position for several months so I'm not sure why it took so long. Not a great experience.
