  We ordered the Atomic boneless wings, which are normally our favorite. Unfortunately, what arrived was mild wings with mushy batter. We asked for blue cheese dressing on the side, instead we got ranch dressing. We also ordered fries with light seasoning, well done. Those also arrived soft, cold and extra salty. It almost seems like we got the wrong order it was so bad! We won't be returning to this location and advise others to look elsewhere for wings.

  Great experience at Wingstop. Efren, the cashier, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He made us feel appreciated and provided excellent customer service. Thanks, Efren, for making our visit such a pleasant one. We'll definitely be back! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was even better.

  I'm visiting Temecula California from Texas. I ordered the 10 piece classic and paid with my Klarna account. The wings were delicious however, the fries were horrible, dark brown didn't enjoy them at all.

  My son and his friend visited this location and used their own money to purchase food. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the boneless wings they ordered, they were given only containers of sauce. They didn't realize the mistake until they got home. They also told me that the general manager was extremely rude to them during their visit. I immediately knew who they were referring to because I have personally experienced similar behavior from this individual in the past. I contacted the store to resolve the issue, but instead of addressing my concerns, the cook dismissed them by insisting that the manager was not being rude and claimed that my son and his friend had only ordered sauces. That explanation makes no sense. Why would two kids go to a restaurant and spend their own money to order only sauces instead of food? It is far more likely that the cashier made a mistake, and rather than catching and correcting it, they handed them a bag containing only sauces! What is most disappointing is not just the original error, but the complete lack of accountability and the dismissive response I received when I attempted to resolve the situation. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake and an effort to make it right would have gone a long way!!
