    Your employee Jacob should NOT be working with customers. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had. Extremely rude, zero acknowledgement after I said anything, didn't listen to what I asked for, just an overall absolutely terrible, terrible attitude. Watch your cameras back for May 1st between 8:30 & 9 and consider hiring someone who makes customers feel appreciated and actually want to come back. Your employees should represent you ( the owners) and this is not a good look for you. And your veggies were all frozen over and had freezer burn.

    I get that prices are going up and portions are getting smaller but this has to be a joke. I am still starving after eating a foot long sandwich. Not still kind of hungry, I need to go somewhere else and get a whole nother meal. There is barely more than an 1/8" of meat/cheese and over half of it is the cheese. It seems that the portion size is not by weight but rather exactly six slices of each meat for the bmt, whilst they are also having a contest amongst the meat slicers to see who can slice the thinnest lunch meats

    Ordered food on the app 40 minutes ago, got here 20 minutes ago to find out they hadn’t started my food yet. Another 20 minutes have passed and still haven’t started my sandwich

    Someone used my account to place an order at this location. I called within 10 minutes of the transaction to cancel they said nothing could be done and the store manager would call me. I never got a call back and they keep saying the store manager is unavailable when I call. I live across the country.
