  such a nice relaxing place to have a GOOD coffee and I get my baguette every time I have a chance to go ! I live in Brasil & Panera is the first place I go to after my landing @ LAX ! Love it !

  The store is clean and presents nice. The younger staff is courteous. You could feel good vibes til you get to…. The Manager - Rachelle …terrible customer service. I watched her get an elderly woman’s order wrong while a co-worker was explaining to her what it was…it was eventually corrected. I’m standing at the counter and she kinda tossed my bag to me with no greeting or anything…feeling the vibe…I check my order when get to the car and she has 2 Broccoli and Cheese soups. Instead of one Chicken Noodle and One Broccoli as I ordered. I take it back inside, demeanor still nasty until she realizes her mistake…. Ruined the experience …Didn’t want to eat anything she touched. Can’t remember if the bread was being broken and placed in bags by her with no gloves. Y’all should check the video from 6:09 - 6:22… I’ll drive to Murrietta or Winchester from now on….

  Ordered from their website. I guess DoorDash takes over from there- well DoorDash lost my order- 3 other drivers tried to pick it up. I called the store to ask where my order was and they were just as confused as me! But Gloria and her team made it right. Got someone to deliver to me quickly, and with a little extra treat inside. So far, best Panera experience ever! Thank you to the team there.

  I will never be back! So out of control expensive. 20 dollars for a pick two. My sandwhich was caprese. It literally had one tomato the size of a half dollar and one tiny piece of chs. One bit and it was nothing but arugula. We all ordered mac and chs to not even get half a bowl..some had even less. We rerurned it. Although tasty just very very small portions. 1p0 dollars for 2 adults a x 3 kids. We will never ever go back. Rip off.

  No one around to help so I had to use the kiosk. Ok that’s fine. I was the only one in the screen for getting orders ready. Eventually 6 more popped up below my name. I sat and waited as others were served. 15 minutes later I finally got a sliced bagel and a drink. Terrible service. Not one person said a word to me either.
