  I’ve visited Krispy Kreme in Temecula several times over the past few months, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. On multiple visits, I’ve walked into an empty store with no other customers waiting and still had to stand at the counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me or offered assistance. For now, great donuts, but disappointing service.

  Came through the drive through and tried to order a dozen assorted donuts and Jennalee was acting like we couldn’t pick our donuts, she was so confused asking if we were picking up an order then when we got to the counter she kept saying we ordered two dozen glaze which we didn’t so her manager had to step in and correct her mistakes. We normally never have any issues.

  Gentleman working were helpful while having a screaming infant. BUT the restrooms do need at least ONE changing table. i had to go back to my car to change my babies poopy diaper and come back 😅

  Thank you Krispy Kreme for donating a few boxes to our local polling stations. Natalie was kind enough to set aside 5 dozen boxes to distribute to a few polling stations. I know the polling officers were very delighted to see the donuts in the break room as they work tirelessly to make sure we have a fair and honest election.

  Ordered one dozen assorted doughnuts and got the wrong ones after asking the person at the counter three times about making sure the filling was lemon yet when I got home I was disappointed to find out i got glazed cream filled & glazed raspberry filled.
