  I have no issue with the product Jamba produces. In fact I love their smoothies. I have an issue with the app, both my mom and I tried ordering online with the app and it would not allow either of us to add our cards to pay. I tried a debit and credit card and neither worked. When i went to call the store to try to order over the phone and let them know the app is faulty, it took me to a verizon line, the phone doesn’t work. Both locations in Temecula had no phone and even the Murietta location didn’t work either. It’s extremely frustrating when I’m trying to order online since it’s a big order and would take a while if I had gone in person to order in store. The app failed and the stores need to fix their phones.

  I love Jamba but I refused to order today. Temperatures inside of the building are exceeding 95 degrees due to broken air conditioning, and it is unbearably hot just standing in there. I can't even imagine how the team members feel. Management needs to fix the AC to protect their workers and customers, or close down until it is fixed. How is anybody going to enjoy a cold smoothie when the ambient temperature is over 95 degrees? That's unacceptable. Do better for your customers and your workers.

  I ordered two drinks over took over 30 mins and then never told me it was finished so my drink was sitting there for 15 mins this place is a joke

  First of all, their staff is diverse and inclusive! That says everything about the manager here. I spoke with her and she is so kind, accommodating, professional, genuine, and full of light. The atmosphere at this location is positive and comfortable. As I was able to sit down and write in my journal. I highly recommend this location.
