That's how you become one of the top burger chains in the country. Is In-n-out good, yeah, but I'll take Five guys over In-n-out any day. I especially like that Five guys has a more budget friendly menu for their combos as the price was the main disadvantage to eating here.

So first I noticed my Cajun style fries were not fresh. I thought ok ill let it go and just try to enjoy them with my burger. NOT. The bun was soggy as soon as I took my first bite. I then went and asked for a bun to repleca the soggy bun and the guy working said it would be 3 minutes for a bun. I would have left my food sitting for 3 minutes before I got my bun... so I said no actually ill take my money back. It was such a shame because there were too many workers and they couldnt get me fresh fries and an awesome burger like I normally get. When I was getting a refund he then offered to make me new food but I declined because I was not interested in free food. I was willing to pay for great food. Disappointed. This review is about 3 weeks old as I accidently posted the review for the twmecula parkway location. Definitely is this location by the Promenade.
