  El Pollo Loco has been one of the most consistent places I’ve visited for a quick and satisfying meal. The food always tastes fresh, the chicken is well seasoned, and the sides are prepared just right. The staff is friendly, and orders are usually ready without much waiting. The restaurant is clean, well maintained, and easy to stop by for lunch or dinner. I’ve had good experiences here time and time again.

  I had a pretty simple order on my lunch break which was a Chipotle quesadilla combo. No one was at the drive thru but I was asked to park in front anyway. No one came out to give me my order. After 10 minutes I walked in and no one knew where it was or who asked me to wait. I demanded a refund and went back to work with no food. I'll never go here again.

  All of these restaurants must have beef with Delivery Drivers for waiting them more than 20 minutes for a order that was already placed 10 minutes ago through the app, so they basically asks 30 minutes to prepare 3 tenders combo 😂
