- ELEileen LSep 18, 20265.0We had excellent customer service from Spencer and Paula. There was an error coming up on the app ordering system and they both were apologetic and made sure we knew how to contact customer service to get it fixed. They were both friendly and kind. Pumpkin bagels with pumpkin cream cheese were fantastic!
- TGTammy GSep 10, 20262.0I stopped by this location around 6:30 AM on September 10th. Unfortunately, my bagel was burnt, and I was also disappointed that it wasn’t cut in half. It would be nice if the bagels could be cut in half for customers. The cashier was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the manager Tammy was not friendly at all. Unfortunately, this has been my experience every time I visit this location, and it really affects the overall experience. I hope management will take the feedback seriously. The staff’s customer service and the quality of the food make a big difference.
- ILIndianmommy LanetteAug 21, 20265.0I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating? I gave it 5 stars because Einstein bagels has never disappointed me in over 30 years that I’ve been going to them. This appears to be a new location and I will definitely be coming back. My order only took about 5 minutes to receive and everything tasted great. I got 4 bagels and 2 drinks for $30 not bad.
- MHMemories of HeavenJul 19, 20265.0FINALLY!! About time we get an Einsteins Bagels on this side of the Santa Ana Mountains. I used to drive all the way to either Irvine or Rancho Santa Margarita just to get Einstein's Bagels. I grew up eating their bagels when I lived in North Texas (Plano, specifically) and they're the best. They are still the BEST!! The bagels taste amazing. I recommend the baker's dozen, if you get takeout.
