Pictured was mine: burnt bagel, egg loaded up with salt and pepper, and the ham and cheese wasn't toasted/melted... horrible taste. Ate half and threw the rest away. Wife got the spinach bagel with egg and cheese. She didn't specify which cheese and the employee never asked, just assumed cheddar. Her bagel tasted horrible too. Cold cheese, warm bagel, egg loaded with salt and pepper. For $22 (including a small coffee), I would say to save your money and just go to great harvest baking company. This bagel bros is nothing more than fast food bagels. Skip this place and go get some fresh stuff.

After driving all the way back, they took my bagels and "fixed" them. No manager conversation even though she was told. I own a QSR store myself. So I know this is not how you handle this. Guys... It may be a small oversight in your mind. But if it causes the customer to let their eggs get cold at home and make a second trip all the way to the store, you have to realize what a big deal it is for the customer. Nobody in the store cared, and that's a major customer service training flaw for a store this new.
