  Menu photos are misleading. For example, the photo shows 2 mini tacos. You only get one. Photo shows bite size churros with chocolate drizzle. Neither are true. The app is useless to track your order. Staff is busy on his phone. Food is not bad though. At least that.

  Cotijas has some of the best Mexican food in the area and absolutely the best salsa in town. Their salsa is fresh, full of flavor, and has the perfect amount of heat. Their street tacos are incredible too, and the burritos are enormous, fresh, and packed with quality ingredients. The portions are generous, the food is consistently delicious, and the customer service makes you feel genuinely appreciated. The $10 credit toward my next order was an especially thoughtful touch. Great food, great value, and great people. If you have not tried their salsa and street tacos, you are missing out. Five stars without hesitation!
