I came in at 9:15, a full hour and 45 minutes before they closed. 90% of the chairs were up, the music was completely turned off, and the rude teenaged girl acted extremely irritated that I was getting dinner this late. Doesn't say a word when I pay. I asked where the forks were and without even turning around she says "ON THE TABLE"

- ANAries NielsonJul 24, 20261.0This was by far one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant looked extremely dirty, both inside and out. While customers were eating, employees were pulling large trash cans through the dining area, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere. The food was served cold and was thrown together carelessly. It didn't look fresh, and the overall quality was well below what I expect from Chipotle. Throughout my visit, I couldn't identify a manager on the floor overseeing operations or ensuring the restaurant was running properly. Considering this location already has a very low YELP rating, it's clear there are ongoing issues that need immediate attention. Management should seriously consider retraining the entire staff, improving cleanliness standards, and implementing better quality control for the food. Based on my experience, I would also encourage them to review their food handling procedures to help ensure customer safety. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location, and I can't recommend it to others until significant improvements are made.
