I came here at 10:15pm about 45 mins before they close and my food was basically thrown at me. No eye contact. They got an online order after I was already there ordering and they took the last bit steak that was left for the online order over me. Even though I was there before. I understand that it was somewhat late but wow it was so rude. It’s not fair to treat your customers badly just bc you don’t want to be there even though they still had plenty of time to close.

I understand that they’re not always gonna be great when you go to chipotle but i went at 9:30 an hour and a half before they closed and they gave me what pretty much seemed to be half a bowl. The rice and beans didn’t even touch any sides of the bowl and i asked for extra cheese and got a tiny little bit. Please i spent my hard earned $17 dollars on this bowl. Should’ve just bought cigarettes instead.
