And some young guy at the counter took over after the girl put my rice on the bowl and he just skimped at every damn ingredient he added to my bowl. The people before me had mounds of food on their bowls. Then this young dude just cuts in and just skimped on mine. Talk about getting ripped off. By the time I got to the cashier the amount of food in my bowl did not even surpass the height of the bowl. And on top of that, they are out of napkins mid-day?!!! Really?? What a joke! I should have went to Panda Express next door. I would have had more food for just $12! And the steak, ugh, the steak was chewy, rubbery because of a lot of connective tissue/cartilage that I had to throw that stuff out of my mouth. Poor cut of meat!!

We don't frequently eat out but when we do this is one of the best options because they serve sustainable meat and produce, pasturies, grass-fed etc. Now if they will stop using seed oils to cook some of their meat and grilled veggies, then we would be here more often.

Disappointing that an easy favorite is rapidly declining. I did mention the serving stations were very dirty and only got a nervous laugh. I’ve worked minimum wage before it’s just for $20/hour Expectations should come from management and be upheld !

Disappointing experiences recently, I still enjoy Chipotle at other locations, the one off College blvd is awesome but this location is off my radar for a while unfortunately :/. One of my favorite spots sending me on 3 bathroom breaks at work before my lunch.
