  I parked at a spot where the screen didn't work and I asked if it would effect our ability to pay ...he said no. Then as I ordered he kept trying to correct my order. I asked for a root beer float the $1.99 one and replied with "the small one" then I asked for the $1.99 vanilla soft serve cup(per the menu) and insisted that one their menu they had a "dish" not a soft serve cup....I told him I was reading off the menu. We went inside to tell them that we could NOT pay outside because the reader wasn't working. And he replied with "it goes in and out, there's nothing we can do about that". Luckily a very nice young lady answered when we pushed the button and let us know that they would bring a card reader out to us.

  Groovy fries don’t come with the groovy sauce anymore. That would be an extra charge. Chick-fil-A doesn’t charge for sauce, let’s go there instead.

  Service is good, they are definitely understaffed. The food is fresh and delicious, the waits are long. You'll have one person cooking, cleaning, taking money, serving, you name it's like a one-man operation. Their bags of ice add triple cheeseburgers are to die for. Staff is always on point and friendly. Sadly enough with short staff but waiting is always longer.

  Everything was great except that the kids meal had no toy. Daughter was alittle bummed about it.
