As I walked in 4 employees made eye contact and not 1 employee greeted me or said welcome or anything at all. 8:05 p.m. on Oct. 8th if this means anything to the GM or Owner. It takes more energy to not greet a customer than it does to actually greet the customer in my opinion . The girl that checked me out didn't even say bye or have a good night after I said it. It just rubbed me the wrong way.

The lady at the window literally stared at me and then turned her back to start cleaning the floor. It wasn't until someone else told her to get the window there's someone who has been waiting the whole time. This happens pretty often. Sometimes my order is missing items because they "ran out" but then when I ask for a refund they end up making another batch. Just lazy.
