I even check online and it said they do them, but I guess I was just not lucky. Went down the street to the Ralph's and they whipped it up.

The entire plaza is neglected — dirty, badly landscaped, and increasingly unsafe. It’s overrun with homeless individuals who camp in the parking lot and around the storefronts, creating an environment that feels genuinely dangerous for shoppers. Many people in the neighborhood, myself included, now avoid this center entirely. Friends and neighbors tell me they refuse to shop at Vons, CVS, or any of the other stores here because the conditions have gotten so bad. Everyone chooses cleaner, safer, better‑kept alternatives elsewhere. It’s disappointing to see a major community shopping center decline this severely. The property owners need to step up, invest in maintenance, improve security, and restore basic cleanliness. Right now, this plaza is an eyesore for Tarzana and a place most residents actively avoid.

Your greed is astounding!!! Your store is one of the most problematic one! The change of managers is ridiculous, but maybe understandable: because if you ask "the manager" about an item in the store, they have no idea what on earth are you tallking about, neither the next employee, they are triyng to get help from!
