  I went into the restaurant today instead of the drive thru thinking it would be faster. They had signs at the cash register to use the kiosk to order so I did that. After locating my drink, I just wanted a hot coffee, and paid at the kiosk, another waiting game to get my coffee. It took way longer than it would have for me to go through the drive thru, or even have a live cashier take my order. I waited almost 10 mins for a small hot coffee. This is the future. We are in trouble.

  Filet of Fish is smaller and looked like it was slapped together with no thought of visual appeal. Certainly does not look like the advertised product on the board. I’ll now join the millions of others to give up on McDonald’s since it’s obvious they just want to sell a product that is subpar. Too bad.

  This place is awful! I have several complaints but they go unheard from customer service because the employees don't give a receipt, which lists the store number that is required when providing feedback. I feel like this place intentionally gives horrible food/service and intentionally doesn't give a receipt. Ps. The "big arch" is the worst burger over ever had. Greasy. Too much mustard. Shredded taco lettuce. Soggy buns. Everything falling apart. It took 15 minutes for 1 burger that looked like someone made it in a hurry! THIS LOCATION SUCKS!
