  This is a pretty convenient McDonald’s if you’re already on Ventura and need something quick. It’s good for the usual fast-food stop: fries, nuggets, burgers, breakfast, coffee, or grabbing something easy when you don’t want to think too much about food. Like most McDonald’s locations, the experience can depend on how busy it is, and the drive-thru or pickup can take a little patience during rush times. Overall, it’s a useful location, the menu is consistent, and it works well for a quick bite in the Tarzana area.

  Should I pulled into the drive-thru in ordered some Chicken McNuggets and I asked that they be made fresh and that I would wait for them obviously because I've had an issue with them being called before the lady at the teller said fine pull the window and then I paid when she handed me to my bag I asked are they hot she said I told him to make him fresh so thank you and I drove away I pulled over in the parking lot just to see and not only were they not fresh they were barely warm so I drove back around to the drive-thru in politely explain to the lady that they were barely even warm and threw a couple dirty looks she took them and said she would replace them to pull over to a parking space number one The Replacements were no better than the original not even sure they replaced them the fries were a little warmer but they weren't fresh either I don't know why it's so difficult to make 10 nuggets fresh and serve them to somebody who asks for them that way I will never pull in here again if I were you I wouldn't either

  Ordered iced coffee on drive thru. The manager on the drive thru gave wrong order. Then proceed to give attitudes when I said that. She came back bringing another iced coffee with wrong flavor and charged me without giving receipt. Looked annoyed and just walked off with unhappy face. Im sorry for causing inconvenience. I just want my correct order that I had placed. Didn't know it would be a bothersome for an iced coffee.

  I went thru the drive thru at 5:30 in the morning on a Friday. The lady working the window assured me there was ketchup in the bag, well I get home and guess what no ketchup, that is really irritating when you do things like that to paying customers, or when you ask and I say yes then you don't put it in the bag. Obviously someone needs to be retrained.
