I went to the guys working at the front and said, “excuse me, what’s the code to the restroom?” He looked at me and told me to wait. I said, “I need to go” he said, “you can’t wait?”. I told him no, and he still made me wait like I was a child in elementary school. Can’t believe it. How hard is it to quickly say the code while you’re scooping salsa? I see why this location has such bad reviews. They need to hire better staff and not punk kids.

Every single table is dirty, the floors are dirty, and the whole dining area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in hours — sometimes it feels like days. Not one table is ever wiped down when you walk in. Even when the food tastes good, it’s hard to enjoy it while sitting in a dirty environment. I really hope management improves the cleanliness because the food deserves better.”
